Navigating the waters.
After you assets are developed (Resume, LinkedIn, Professional Web-page, etc.) we need to make sure we are fishing in the right places. If the assets are the bait, the networking and job boards are the lakes and rivers. Even with the best bait, fishing in the wrong ponds won’t get us what we are looking for; moreover, our strategies need to be inline with our targets.
