One of the hardest parts of career development is picking a direction. To quote the stoic philosopher, Seneca, "If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable." This session is all about identifying the right ports to sail towards. We look through past experiences, skills, and preferences to determine the ideal endpoints. From there our next step will be to develop the brand around the goal destination.
